Short Profile:
Pradnya Kulkarni, After completing her PhD on post-Vedic ritual from University of Pune then in 2001, completed masters in Linguistics from Deccan College PRI. Since 1995 she is working in the Sanskrit and Lexicography Department of Deccan College. 7 books and more than 25 published articles are to her credit. She has written more than 300 popular articles for newspapers and magazines and delivered more than 50 lectures on various topics. She has written and presented various programs on all India Radio for last more than 30 years. Her areas of interest are Post Vedic ritual, Lexicography, Mythology, Dramaturgy, culture etc. She is a PhD guide and have guided PhD, Mphil and MA students for research.
